Daily maintenance should focus on the following three aspects.
1. Regular cleaning of the filter
The intake filter should be checked for dust accumulation every 48 hours. After disassembly, it can be rinsed with clean water or blown clean with low-pressure compressed air. Once the water flow becomes clear and the filter returns to its metallic original color, it must be thoroughly dried before reinstallation.
2. Gentle Filtration by Wings
The heat exchange fin structure is quite precise. When cleaning, hard tools should not be used. Soft bristle brushes can be used to gently brush away the accumulated dust along the fin direction. For oily dirt, a small amount of air conditioning cleaning agent can be sprayed and left to stand for several minutes. The foam will then remove the adhered substances.
III. Ensure that the drainage outlets remain unobstructed.
The drainage tray is prone to accumulate silt over time. It is recommended to inspect the drainage pipeline once a month and use fine iron wire to clear the drainage holes to ensure that the accumulated water can flow out smoothly.
If these three measures can be implemented on time, they will effectively reduce the problem of decreased heat exchange capacity caused by dust accumulation, and extend the stable operation period of the equipment under textile production conditions.
